The company has two wineries.
In the first winery the vinification takes place.
When the grapes arrive they are placed in the hopper to be crushed in horizontal presses. The must that is obtained is pumped into stainless steel tanks. Later it is filtered and switched over to fibreglass tanks.
When the process is complete and a clean, finished wine has been obtained, it is transferred to the main winery to be fermented and bottled.
